A winter farmers market is set to open in downtown Wolfeboro , New Hampshrie on November 14 and continue on the second and fourth Saturday of each month through April 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The market will be located in the First Congregational Church of Wolfeboro, at 115 South Main Street, with convenient on-site parking and easy access for all.

The Wolfeboro Area Farmers Market hosts a summer market in Wolfeboro at Clark Park and has rounded up many of the summer vendors for the winter market, along with some new ones.

“We’re excited about this central location,” said Board Chair Fred Martin. “We expect that a market right in downtown Wolfeboro will provide a welcome place for the community to come together during the winter months to shop for lots of excellent local agricultural fare.“

According to Martin, at least 15 vendors are expected, with applications still being reviewed by the board. The organization ran a winter market in Ossipee last year, and the board voted to bring the market to downtown Wolfeboro to better meet the needs of its customers.
