The Pennsylvania Dairymen’s Association and the Center for Dairy Excellence Foundation of Pennsylvania to offer a limited number of scholarships to attend the Dairy Summit, February 10-11 at the Penn Stater Conference Center in State College, PA.

Applicants must be between the ages of 17 – 25 as of February 1 of the current year and currently operate a dairy farm or be enrolled in an agricultural degree program and a college or trade school.

Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania or be enrolled in college in Pennsylvania. For the 2016 Dairy Summit, the scholarship discounts the student’s registration and hotel cost to $50, which the student would be responsible to pay.

To apply for the Future Leader Scholarship, students must complete the application and return it, with the $50 payment, to Melissa Anderson by January 20. All Future Leader Scholarship recipients are invited to attend the Young Entrepreneurs Reception that will be held the night before Dairy Summit begins on February 9 at 6 p.m.
