The New York Farm Show took place February 25 to 27 with six buildings filled with new technology and equipment.

Here are the top five tractors from the show:

Case IH had available the Optum 300 tractor.

According to their website, the Optum 300 features the following:

  • Engine HP: 300 hp
  • Max Engine HP: 313 hp
  • PTO HP: 270 hp
  • Transmission: CVT only

The 6.7L engines also feature reinforced material with 6 cylinders and a 25 mph standard transmission. Click here to find out more.

2) Mahindra

The Mahindra mFORCE series feature a 2-door cab, electronic 3-point hitch control and ergonomic design in the cabin. The user can also choose between a 12×12 Power Shuttle Transmission or 24×24 +8 Creeper Power Shuttle – Power Shift Transmission.

The mFORCE series has a 4,129 lb lift capacity and is standard with front/rear radial tires.

The John Deere 7Series tractors feature 210 to 310 engine hp and an E23 transmission. This series also meets the Tier 4 Emission standards.

According to their website, the 7Series features a CommandARM™ and the 10” CommandCenter Display to the seat with a 40-degree seat swivel. This ensures the user is comfortable and productive. Finally, they offer Group 49 tire which reduce compaction and improve traction.

The New Holland T4 Series feature a 12×12 power shuttle transmission, the traction of the electronic 4WD front axle and the 655TL front end loader.

According to their website, the T4 utility tractors are equipped with the 655TL loader installed at the factory, which is available in mechanical-self-leveling (MSL) or non-self-leveling (NSL) configurations.

The T4 Series also have an in-action capacity of 9,479 lbs.

5) LS Tractor

The LS Tractor XU6168 utility tractors have an eco-friendly TIER 4 58HP and 68HP engines with front wheel mechanical assist 4WD. They’re also available with quick attach skid steer compatible front end loader with grill guard and sub frame mounted and quick attack 8 inch backhoe.

The utility tractors have a synchro shuttle/power shuttle transmission and hydrostatic power steering. The total weight without ballast is about 4,674 pounds.
