Kencove Farm Fence Supplies is introducing its latest innovation, the all-new Spiralator insulator. This twist-on insulator is a revolutionary time-saver for high-tensile fence installers.
"The amount of time the Spiralator saves us in any given day is huge," said Tyler Wade, project foreman at Precision, Inc. in Bozeman, Mont. "The unique design of this product is superior to any other insulator on the market."
Unlike normal fin tube insulators, which must be put on before tensioning the wire, the Spiralator is installed after the wire is tensioned, like a claw or pinlock insulator. It can be used on new or existing fence. With a quick twist of the wrist, it snaps onto the wire.
The spiral design of the insulator allows for ease in rolling it onto the wire for quick installation. The rugged design makes the Spiralator a durable product, and with UV-stabilized, medium-density polyethylene, it will hold up in the most brutal environments for decades.
Invented by Wayne Thiem, owner of Gateway Arch and Fence Co. in Bozeman, Mont., the Spiralator is ideal for contractors, not only because of the ease and durability, but also because it is more cost-effective than claw or pinlock insulators.
The Spiralator is available in 4-inch lengths in packs of 100 and 6-inch lengths in packs of 50, both complete with staples. It is also available in 50-foot coils, offering a quick fix when diagonal brace wires are too close to hot wires.
